Owner’s representative
As owner’s representatives, we understand you may already have your build team in place. However, you need to ensure your project is moving in the right direction. Our responsibility, as the owner’s representative is to insure that the project team delivers on time and on budget. MHD Group will be involved in all aspects of the construction process, from before ground is broken through completion. As the project progresses, MHD Group and its Design Team will work closely with other consultants, sub-contractors and engineers on rough and finish details leading to the completion of the project. Heavy emphasis is placed on the fact that the project moves as quickly as possible without compromising quality and attention to detail. We will be your eyes and ears on-site everyday and ensure that not only all sub-contractors are on schedule, but most importantly, every decision made is in your best interest.
